I've been seeing Dr. Andresen for many years. He's walked me through the death of my daughter, which helped me in more ways than I can say. Medically, he's been caring and professional. When they were changing over I started looking for another doctor where I didn't have to pay. I'm a 74 year old widow so saving money was an issue for me. I looked for doctors near me, as driving was an issue where I needed someplace closer than going into Cleveland. Finding someone was a difficult job. There aren't very many private physicians anymore. I chose to stay with Dr. Andresen. I don't agree with some the money grabbing reviews. Dr. Andresen was kind and explained their position for changing. Like it or not, it's happening all over. I know that to many $100 a month is a lot, but the choice is ours.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to continue with Broadview Heights Family Medicine and Dr. Andresen. Thank you Dr. Andresen and group.
